How to use a simple weekly calendar
No clocks — just seven capture boxes with rows for priorities, appointments, tasks, and notes. Ideal when an hourly grid feels like overkill.
- 1. Print blank for a weekly brain dump. Each day gets space for what matters without forcing start and end times. Good for personal planning and family command centers.
- 2. Use the named rows as prompts. Top priorities, appointments, tasks, and notes keep the boxes from becoming a messy list. Edit the title if you want a different framing.
- 3. Add a few typed labels if they repeat. Recurring appointments can be clicked in before you download so every week starts with the same anchors.
- 4. Graduate to hourly when you need clocks. If you find yourself writing “9–11” in every box, switch to the classic hourly or time blocking template instead.
